Alpha7X Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 11, 2026

1. Our role and scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Alpha7X (“Alpha7X,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our website, alpha7x.com, and our interactions with visitors, prospects, and other business contacts.

This Privacy Policy does not cover information processed through the Alpha7X platform on behalf of our institutional clients (lenders, warehouse/repo counterparties, TPR/BPO firms, aggregators, and servicers) — including data about loans, borrowers, and platform users at those institutions. That data is provided and used solely in connection with the business-to-business services Alpha7X delivers under contract, and is governed by the applicable client agreement (including any data-handling or security terms in that agreement), not by this website Privacy Policy. Individuals whose information is processed through the platform should direct privacy questions to the financial institution they engaged with directly, not to Alpha7X.

Our website is intended for business use by adults working in or with financial institutions; it is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

References below to “you” or “your” mean visitors to our website and business contacts, unless otherwise noted.

2. Who we are

Alpha7X (“Alpha7X,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) refers to Alpha7X by Theoris Software.

Our principal place of business is:

Alpha7X, 360 Central Ave, Suite 800, St. Petersburg, FL 33701

You can reach us about privacy matters at: hello@alpha7x.com

3. Information we collect

When you visit our website, request a demo, subscribe to updates, or contact us, we may collect the following categories of information, consistent with how comparable B2B mortgage-technology companies describe their own website data collection:

  • Identifiers: name, business email address, phone number, job title, and company name.
  • Professional or employment-related information: your employer, role, and the use case or business need you describe to us.
  • Commercial information: details about the products or services you inquire about, and records of our interactions with you (including meeting notes from sales calls).
  • Internet or network activity: pages viewed, referring and exit pages, browser and device type, and interactions with our site, collected through Google Analytics, HubSpot, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and similar tools (see Section 5).
  • Location information: general location inferred from your IP address.
  • Inference data: communication and content preferences based on how you engage with us.

We do not collect this information for the purpose of inferring sensitive characteristics about you, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as health, biometric, or precise geolocation data) through the website.

We do not collect loan-level financial information or nonpublic personal information (NPI) through this website. Any such information is processed exclusively through the Alpha7X platform, on behalf of and at the direction of our institutional clients, as described in Section 1.

4. How we use and share information

4.1 How we use it

  • Respond to inquiries and demo requests.
  • Operate, secure, and improve our website.
  • Send product updates, marketing communications, and event invitations, where permitted and until you opt out.
  • Understand how prospects and visitors engage with our content, to improve messaging and site performance.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4.2 How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We may share the information described in Section 3 with:

  • Service providers who help us operate our website and manage our marketing and sales relationships, including HubSpot (our CRM and marketing platform), Google Analytics, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
  • Professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, and accountants, as needed.
  • Parties involved in a corporate transaction, such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
  • Government authorities or others, where required by law or necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Alpha7X or others.
  • Any other party, with your consent.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies through Google Analytics, HubSpot, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to operate the site, understand aggregate usage, and measure marketing performance.

We do not currently display a cookie consent banner on the site. You can limit or block these technologies through your browser settings, through the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and through your LinkedIn ad preference settings. Where legally required, we honor recognized opt-out signals such as the Global Privacy Control. Note that blocking cookies may limit some site functionality.

We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, as no common industry standard for interpreting them yet exists.

6. How we protect information

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, appropriate to the sensitivity of the data involved.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data retention

We retain the information described in Section 3 for as long as you remain an active contact in our CRM and marketing systems, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you re-engage, after which it is deleted or de-identified. We also retain information as needed to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, or to resolve disputes.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you and why.
  • Access a copy of your personal information.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, or of targeted advertising (Alpha7X does not sell your personal information).
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

If applicable privacy law gives you these or similar rights, you may exercise them by contacting us at hello@alpha7x.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, where permitted. We honor recognized universal opt-out mechanisms, such as the Global Privacy Control, where legally required, and have not sold or shared personal information collected through this website in the preceding 12 months, as “sold” and “shared” are defined under applicable state law.

These rights apply only to information described in Section 3. They do not extend to loan, borrower, or financial information processed through the Alpha7X platform on behalf of our clients — see Section 1 for how to direct those questions.

9. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party sites we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on our website with a revised effective date, and, for material changes, we will provide additional notice as required by law.
