Quality Control Without the Rework Loop

Pre-fund and post-close quality control keep re-opening the same files. Each review re-establishes facts that were already established upstream, because the evidence behind those facts did not travel with the loan.

When verification results are captured as portable, verifiable records at the moment the work is done, downstream reviewers can rely on them instead of reproducing them. The loop shortens because there is less to redo, not because standards were relaxed.

The practical effect is fewer conditions, faster clear-to-close, and a QC function that spends its time on genuine exceptions rather than on re-checking settled work.
